 18) who is experiencing a mental health or addictions challenge or is in c
 risis.\n\nThe course introduces common mental health challenges for youth\
 , reviews typical adolescent development\, and teaches a 5-step action pla
 n for how to help young people in both crisis and non-crisis situations.\n
 \nTopics covered include:\n+ Anxiety\n+ Depression\n+ Substance use\n+ Dis
 orders in which psychosis may occur\n+ Disruptive behavior disorders (incl
 uding AD/HD)\n+ Eating disorders\n
