 2-18) who is experiencing a mental health or addictions challenge or is in
  crisis.\n\nThe course introduces common mental health challenges for yout
 h\, reviews typical adolescent development\, and teaches a 5-step action p
 lan for how to help young people in both crisis and non-crisis situations.
 \n\nTopics covered include:\n+ Anxiety\n+ Depression\n+ Substance use\n+ D
 isorders in which psychosis may occur\n+ Disruptive behavior disorders (in
 cluding AD/HD)\n+ Eating disorders\n\n<b>Class size is limited. All attend
