 h parents\, family members\, caregivers\, teachers\, school staff\, peers\
 , neighbors\, health and human services workers\, and other caring citizen
 s how to help an adolescent (age 12-18) who is experiencing a mental healt
 h or addictions challenge or is in crisis.\nThe course introduces common m
 ental health challenges for youth\, reviews typical adolescent development
 \, and teaches a 5-step action plan for how to help young people in both c
 risis and non-crisis situations.\n\nTopics covered include:\n+ Anxiety\n+ 
 Depression\n+ Substance use\n+ Disorders in which psychosis may occur\n+ D
 isruptive behavior disorders (including AD/HD)\n+ Eating disorders\n\n<b>C
