 \, and self-care\n\nThe course will teach you how to apply the ALGEE actio
 n plan: \n• Assess for risk of suicide or harm. \n• Listen nonjudgmentally
 . \n• Give reassurance and information. \n• Encourage appropriate professi
 onal help. \n• Encourage self-help and other support strategies.\n\n<b>Cla
